Return Policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

You may return any items purchased from FightCamp (joinfightcamp.com) for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt of your last package. We do not accept returns purchased from any third party vendors. Return will cost under $99, we will refund the full order amount except for the shipping.

RETURNS:

  • Please go to joinfightcamp.com/returns or click HERE
    • Enter your email address & your order number
    • Select your return reason
    • Our team will review your request
    • Once accepted, Ready Returns will email you a link, please click on the link
    • The link will bring you to a return confirmation page
    • Click submit and it will ask you to enter your email & credit card number and will list the cost of the return below
    • Once payment is received, you will be issued return labels for your FightCamp equipment. Please note, if your purchase came with a FightCamp bag, you are not required to return the bag base. Please discard how you see fit
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Due to the size and weight of the items, as well as holiday surcharges, return shipping may cost up to $99

EXCHANGES:

  • For exchanges, please contact FightCamp's customer service at info@joinfightcamp.com
  • Customers are responsible for costs related to shipping equipment back to FightCamps warehouse. FightCamp will pay the cost of shipping the replacement merchandise back to the customer

  • Refunds will be credited by the same method in which items were originally purchased, provided the item is returned within 30 days of the order being delivered
  • All products being returned must be returned in original packaging. Fightcamp reserves the right to decline a return request on opened, used merchandise that is not in a condition deemed acceptable.
  • The customer will be responsible for shipping the item back to FightCamp prior to any refund being issued. Customers are also responsible for shipping costs associated with product return
  • FightCamp is not responsible for lost or missing packages
  • Returns will be processed within 5 business days of arrival at our warehouse. Please allow up to 5-10 business days for your refund to appear on your bank statement, as bank processes for applying credits vary by institution. Please note that refunds will be issued to the original method of payment
  • Returns and exchanges of items that were not purchased through joinfightcamp.com cannot be returned. Please contact the third party you purchased through
